Rates and Information

Boarding

​

 

$40 PER NIGHT​

Rates charged per night.  Check in is at 2:00pm. Check out is at 11:30am

*Pricing includes meals served twice a day, linen service, play time 3 times per day in our large grass yards, with interactive climbers, kiddie pools (weather permitting), and toys. Please provide your dog's primary food in a labeled and sealed plastic container. ​

*REQUIRED VACCINES (PLEASE READ)

All dogs MUST be current on the following vaccines:Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Rabies, Parainfluenza and Bordetella. These vaccines take a minimum of 3 weeks to become effective and provide your dog the protection it needs. We accept dogs who have received their vaccines a minimum of three weeks prior to their arrival date.​

Playtime is included in every dogs boarding stay. On the last day of boarding there is a grace period until 11:30 a.m. on day of pick-up. After that, an additional daycare charge applies, NOT another night of boarding.

• Boarding dogs must be picked-up by 11:30 a.m. Pick-up after 11:30 am will be charged an additional $20-$30

• Early check in is available for an additional $20 (for daycare)

• Last pick-up is at 5:00pm M-F and 12 noon Saturdays​

*We strongly recommend new clients participating in a pre-boarding session prior to scheduling your overnight stay. This will allow us to meet your dog and ensure we are the right fit

Cat Boarding

​

$40 per night for one cat

Additional cats (up to 4) receive a $5 discount per night**up to 4 cats from same owner/household.

Long Term Dog Boarding

* Not to exceed 6 months

Prices are based on size of the dog and duration of stay. Please contact us for more information

.**YOUR OWN FOOD MUST BE PROVIDED, as well as monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention for the duration of stay** For long-term boarding dogs, most services are included in this price but depending on the length of time and services needed, there might be extra charges. We can discuss these in advance and give you a quote.

 

​​​Cancellation Policy

Eureka Farms Pet Resort LLC reserves the right to charge a portion of the boarding stay at time of booking. Stays over 7 days require payment of 1/2 of the entire stay at time of booking. Regardless of the reason. If you cancel in writing 10 days prior to boarding start date, a full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs 7 days prior one half of the paid amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, or you "no show", you are responsible for the full amount you have pre-paid. For holiday boarding, cancellations must be made 10 days or more to get any refund. Less than 7 days prior to holiday boarding, Eureka Farms Pet Resort LLC reserves the right to keep the full pre-paid amount.All cancellations must be emailed to eurekafarmspetresort@gmail.com or sent via text message. ​

Farm Excursion

Let your dog enjoy the sights and smells of the farm. They can visit with sheep, goats, chickens, geese and cows.

Pool Time

 

 

 

We share our human pool with our furry guests. If you have a dog who loves the

pool or needs physical therapy, we have you covered! 

 

• $15 per session for fun/fetch pool play session

• $20 per session. For special needs, therapy exercise, geriatric, etc.

                                     One on one with human in pool at all times with dog.

    Pet Shuttle

*Due to increasing fuel costs, we are unable to offer complimentary shuttle services.

It is necessary for us to charge $25.00 for each use of the shuttle to cover our expense of trips to and from the farm. Shuttle days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am for those at Planet Fitness on Ogeechee Road in Savannah. Other stops or home deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Trips to vets, airports, etc will be an additional charge, please call to discuss.

 

 

Canine Fitness Program

This program is perfect for the overweight dog or the hyperactive dog needing to expel excessive energy. It includes, cardio, swimming and core strengthening. Starts at $800 for 30 day program. ​

4-week Puppy Program: $800 (up to 6 months of age). potty-training, crate training, leash walking, basic manners beginner skills started, socialization outings once/week, socialization with other dogs here at farm. (Boarding fees not included)

 

2-week Puppy Program: $500 (up to 6 months of age) Basics/manners foundations started, potty training, crate training, socialization. (Boarding fees not included)

 

Over 6 months of age Board and Train - $1000 for 2-week program to work on specific issues as well as the basics. $500 for 1 -week refresher program. (Boarding fees not included)

 

Potty and crate training only (any age, boards here): $1800 for 4-week program, $1000 for 2-week program

 

Private lessons/extended consultations with owner and dog: Any age, issue/problem/dog sports /etc start at $85 per lesson (lessons are usually about 1 hour).​Private training sessions during stay: (15 minute sessions, trainer and dog) $50

 

​**ALL BOARD/TRAIN CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A PRIVATE LESSON/CONSULTATION AT THE END OF THE TIME FRAME WHEN YOU PICK UP, TO GO OVER WHAT WORK WAS DONE AND WHAT YOU MUST DO TO CONTINUE ON THE SAME PATH. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER ANY "GUARANTEES". ALL TRAINING IS ONLY AS GOOD AS WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT. WE ARE PUTTING IN THE TIME FOR YOU WHILE THEY ARE WITH US, THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR - THE TIME THAT OUR TRAINER PUTS INTO YOUR DOG - BUT YOU MUST MAKE THE TIME AND EFFORT TO CONTINUE THE EDUCATION AND KEEP IT UP!** If you truly believe that 2 or 4 weeks is all it takes for great, consistent, well mannered behavior, then you might want to find a trainer who can guarantee that.

Pick up/drop off at farm - BASED ON APPOINTMENT ONLY

Monday-Fridays 8:00 5:00 pm (also shuttle 9:00 am in Savannah)

Saturdays 8:00 am-12:00 pm

*Sundays and Major Holidays- Closed

You can also drop off the evening before or pick up the following day or utilize the shuttle if these windows do not work for you.​​

 

Forms and Requirements

​

It is necessary to complete our online registration form and print, sign and email our release form back to us BEFORE your stay. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we have approved your paperwork. If you have more than one dog, fill out an individual online registration for each dog. A current copy of your dog's vaccine records is required prior to his stay. Please email them along with your signed release form.
