Eureka Farms Pet Resort LLC reserves the right to charge a portion of the boarding stay to hold your reservation. We require a deposit of approximately 1/2 of the entire stay to confirm your reservation. Regardless of the reason, if you cancel in writing 10 days prior to boarding start date, a full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs 7 days prior one half of the paid amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, or you "no show", you are responsible for the full amount you have pre-paid. In the event of an early departure (sooner than your original check out date) you will be responsible for the entire stay. For holiday boarding, cancellations must be made 10 days or more to receive any refund. Cancelation less than 7 days prior to holiday boarding, Eureka Farms Pet Resort LLC reserves the right to keep the full pre-paid amount.
